  • Prices per apartment per week are based on 2 people. Extra charge for an extra person € 20 per week
  • The prices for the entire vacation home is based on 12 people
  • Bed linen, towels and cleaning € 100 per apartment per stay (€ 350 for the entire vacation home per stay)
  • Apartment Le Stelle has an air conditioner. Use of this on request and cost according to consumption through the meter.
  • In case of use of the heating, costs for gas according to consumption. Each apartment has its own meter.
  • In low season cost for electricity according to consumption. Each apartment has its own meter.
  • We require a 30% deposit. After payment of the deposit, the booking is final
  • Pets are not allowed

Stay longer period, min and max 30 days

In low season we offer the possibility of staying for longer periods. The price is based on 2 persons and applies for a rental period of minimum and maximum 1 month, counting from the 1st of the month.

Price: 1,100 euros per month (obv 2 persons) and additional costs such as:

  • Gas and electricity according to consumption (through the meter)
  • Cleaning: 1 x per week a 25 euros per cleaning. Final cleaning on departure 100 euro.
  • Bath and bed linen are changed weekly. The costs are 15 euros per week.

Inviting other visitors to stay overnight is not permitted.

Strong wifi is available, so perfect for working or writing a book from the luxury vacation apartments of Casa del Tramonto.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

We require a 30% deposit. After payment of the deposit, the booking is final. The balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

The deposit is non-refundable. However, the trip can be rebooked to another date up to 1 year after the original arrival date.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation is due.

That is why we advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
